ECU CLONING PROCEDURE
The cloning process begins with full identification of the original ECU hardware and software configuration. Using bench and boot programming protocols, the original ECU data is extracted from EEPROM and flash memory.
This data is then transferred to the replacement ECU, preserving immobiliser information, VIN identification, and calibration data. After cloning, both units are verified to ensure the replacement ECU functions identically to the original unit.
